that in a building under construction you are required to have a fire extinguisher for every 3000 Sq. Feet of building under construction, and no more that 100 feet of travel distance to the nearest extinguisher. Extinguishers shall be at least 2A rated.

D.A.G.Construction Co., Inc. was certified by the Federal EPA. We have fufilled the requirements of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 402, and we have received certification to conduct lead-based paint renovation, repair, and painting activities pursuant to the 40 CFR Part 745.89
OSHA VOLUNTARY PROTECTION PROGRAM (VPP) " Safety Excellence "
Following a rigorous inspection by the OSHA team, D.A.G. received a positive recommendation, which was forwarded to OSHA Region V Headquarter in Chicago, where it was approved and forwarded to OSHA Headquarters in Washington D.C. for national VPP approval and signature. D.A.G. received final approval on December 13, 2004, and at every site, the VPP Star flag flies below the American flag.

D.A.G.Construction Co., Inc. has recently qualified for OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) for the prestigious Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Star status. D.A.G. is the first minority owned Construction Company in the country to gain this recognition as well as the eighth company in the nation. |
