This project is in the fifth phase of work. About 48 residential
town homes, 18 building parcels, eight store fronts, sidewalks,
landscaping, and all underground utilities are included in this
Laurel Homes Development. The estimated cost is nearly 40 million
dollars. D.A.G. achieved 70% minority participation on this
project, again, exceeding owner expectations of 15% minority
participation. In conjunction with Laurel Homes Redevelopment,
Lincoln Courts stands across the street.
This

This was a four-phase project of new rental homes.
Baldwin
Grove
The Baldwin Grove Senior Housing Complex is a 2-story building with 100 apartment units with common and office areas. The total square footage is 114,202. The construction envelope is made of CMU block with a brick veneer, precast concrete planks for the floors, wood roof trusses and shingles, and E.I.F.S. The interior walls are made of metal studs with high abusive drywall and CMU. The total cost is approximately $10 million.
