Dale S. White Sr

Dale S. White Sr., is the President/CEO and the Founder of D.A.G. Construction Co., Inc. He has over 30 years of experience in all phases of construction, such as blue print reading, estimating, accounting, contract negotiation, bonding, finance, and marketing.

For over 15 years Dale worked for a construction company as the General Manager/Vice President. During this time he further educated himself by attending the University of Cincinnati and Xavier University for construction management and business administration.
In 1990 Dale founded D.A.G. Construction Co., Inc as a general construction/construction management firm, serving both the public and private sectors. Dale used his personal savings to finance the start up of his business. In 1990 Dale orchestrated the growth and development of his company.

He established the business as a leader in the community by being a mentor and a partner. He currently serves on the Equal Business Opportunity Committee for the City of Cincinnati, the Career Resource Network Board, ACT (Accountability and Togetherness) Board, The Spirit of Construction Foundation Board, and the Cincinnati Minority Supplier Development Council Mentoring Board.
Gregory J. Webb

Gregory J. Webb is the Vice President and COO of D.A.G. Construction and has over 25 years of experience in all phases of construction from estimating to construction management and contract negotiations.

After receiving his degree in architectural engineering in 1975 he continued his education at the University of Cincinnati by taking construction management courses and OSHA courses.

As Vice President and COO of D.A.G Construction his responsibilities include: coordinating of field project issues with the company's Operation Manager and project managers, community outreach and project development. Greg is responsible for EOO programs and Customer Service. He serves on the Board of MRDD and coaches a D.A.G. sponsored adapted baseball team.
Albert P. Owens Jr.

Albert P. Owens, Jr., has over 20 years of experience as an accountant in the construction accounting field. He is responsible for the Accounting Division of D.A.G. Construction Co., Inc. including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, preparation of financial statements, and the preparation of all year end paperwork.

Al handles all financial responsibilities and requirements as it involves the bank and bonding company. Al received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati.

 

 
Dave Zins

Dave Zins is the Operations Manager for D.A.G.Construction Co., Inc. Dave has over 20 years of experience in the construction Industry.

Dave began in the construction field as a surveyor for the City of Cincinnati. He then became the primary superintendent for Home Builders who constructed Homerama houses for four years. His duties included buy out of projects to the final completion.
Dave switched to the commercial field of construction in 1989 where he was overseeing all carpentry aspects for Cincinnati United Contractors. In 1993 he began his career with D.A.G. Construction as a project manager, overseeing projects such as; National Afro-American Museum library, Llanfair Retirement Community, University of Cincinnati German Cultural Center and City of Cincinnati Yeatman's Cove Renovations - just to name a few.

As Operations Manager he is in charge of all field activities both in Cincinnati and Columbus. He graduated form Cincinnati State College with a degree in Construction Management. With his experience from preliminary conceptions of projects to final completion Dave has not only run projects but has had actual hands on experience.

Jacqueline M. White

Jacqueline M. White is the Vice President/Corporate Secretary. She has over 20 years of experience in office administration and computer technology. She has a BSc in Information Processing Systems from the University of Cincinnati. She is responsible for automation of the company as well as the accounting department dealing mostly with accounts payable. Jacqueline started the company with her husband, Dale in 1990 in the basement of their home. She is an active volunteer in many non profits as well as a mother of three.
