spa, shuffle board court, aerobics room, and 230 linear foot
walking track.
V.A.-University of Cincinnati Connector
This project included an elevator tower and bridge connector at a project cost of $1.8 million. The tower includes a 3 step elevator with connecting bridge to the existing University of Cincinnati-V.A. Hospital garage. Other projects with the V.A. include Outpatient, Critical Care, OP Psych, 6th floor North, 5th floor South, and fire safety.
University Hospital
As general contractors on the Health Alliance's University Hospital, D.A.G. constructed various projects including 3rd Floor North and Elevator Rehab. We increased our awareness of infection control in this hospital.
St. Luke East
As general contractors on St. Luke East, D.A.G. built a new stairwell, MRI Suite, exam room, restroom, and renovated existing hallways and other offices at a project cost of $500 thousand.
Christ Hospital
As general contractors on Christ Hospital, D.A.G. renovated Suite 624.
VA Outpatient
The project scope included 2 story addition construction on top of the existing owner occupied first story with basement. Work included federal regulations, hospital construction requirements, ensuring existing roof is weather tight until addition had reached dry condition, and removal of existing roof.
