Eastern Brown Local Schools

As Construction Managers, D.A.G. is responsible for a new pk-5 school, new 9-12 school, renovation of pk-5 schoo, and renovation 6-8 school.

 

Mt. Healthy City Schools

As Construction Managers, this project entails a new high school and two new elementary schools.

Clinton Massie Schools

As Construction Managers, D.A.G. is responsible for a 103,000 sf elementary school and renovation of a 100,000 middle school.

 

Kings Local Schools

D.A.G.'s scope includes construction of four seperate additions. D.A.G. is both the prime and lead general contractor on this project.

Fayetteville Perry Local Schools

D.A.G. serves as construction managers, in association with Turner. The scope includes new 6-12 school, demolition and renovation of the middle and elementary school.

Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS)

D.A.G. serves as construction managers, in association with Turner and TYS Construction. This 10 year, $985 million, project consists of building new schools and the renovation of existing school buildings.


Miami University Presser Hall

D.A.G. is the lead contractor on this public project that beganin January 2007. This theater includes renovations of the existing site, an addition, and an elevator installation. The building's exterior is stone, and plaster is used for the interior walls.

Wellston City Schools
The overall project included developing a 160 acre site.

The Bundy Elementary project added 33,000 square feet, including 14 classrooms and a new gymnasium to the existing facility and included an additional 10,000 feet of site work, resulting in a new outdoor playground facility, drop off area for pre-school students, and 80 car paved parking lot.

Wellston City Schools (continued)

Wellston Elementary/Middle School is a state of the art facility with a project cost of 11 million dollars. The 117,000 square foot building, houses 800 students in a unique environment allowing students to be divided by age group and reduced overall maintenance costs and staff.

Wellston City Schools (continued)

Wellston High School included a 35,000 square feet physical education complex, a state of the art media center, and a full-production ready auditorium. This project cost 12.8 million dollars and was a total of 103,000 square feet.

German Culture Center

Major renovations were performed at the University of Cincinnati's German Culture Center. This project was built on the existing roof of the old chemistry education building. Work included structural steel, integration of existing exterior walls with new masonry walls and floor systems. This project cost 800 thousand dollars.

Seven Hills Schools

Renovations of the Hillside Campus of Seven Hills school system included this administration building. Work included structural work, carpentry, interior finishes and HVAC. The project cost was 820 thousand dollars.

Design, Architecture, Art and Planning (DAAP) Garage, University of Cincinnati

D.A.G. was the Construction Manager for this multi-level garage for University of Cincinnati, College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning. Work included complete site renovation, exterior finish, concrete, EIFS, walkways, new sprinkler and storm systems.

 

Heritage Hill

Heritage Hill Elementary is a 63,093 square feet project that commenced in July 2006. Its project value is $7.3 million dollars. D.A.G.’s responsibilities include general trades like existing building demolition, site work, gymnasium floor, bleachers, acoustic wall panels, and shingles.

 

Sharonville Elementary

Sharonville Elementary is a 65,700 square feet project at a project cost of $1.4 million. D.A.G. performed the general trades and general conditions on this project including pavement, landscaping, concrete, doors and frames, division 10 specialties, division 11 equipment, and division 14 elevators.

     
LeSourdsville Elementary

LeSourdsville Elementary is a 81,000 square feet, two story project that commenced in Summer 2007. Its project value is $5 million dollars. D.A.G.’s responsibilities include general trades for this Lakota Local School.
