This 215,000 sq. ft. Wal-Mart Supercenter involved a challenging
site development and widening the nearby State Highway.
Findlay
Market
This project encompassed a total renovation of the Historic Findlay
Market house, built in 1852 and included street and sidewalk improvements
throughout the market. The primary goal of this restoration was
creation of a larger, modern market, while maintaining as much
of the historic features and atmosphere, as possible. Designers
felt the historic significance of this venue would attract new
and different vendors as well as, an increased customer base.
Sharonville
Family Aquatic Center
This 4 million dollar, public beatification improved services
project, was awarded to D.A.G., by the City of Sharonville. It
included an Olympic sized and children pools, equipped with water
slide and fountain.
WCPO
D.A.G. performed the General Trades work, including cabinet and
casework; doors and frames (wood & metal); roof blocking;
kitchen equipment; lockers; partitions and accessories; and acoustical
treatments. The project was completed in less than a year, exceeding
the scheduling expectations.
The
Great American Ballpark
D.A.G. served as the general trades contractor on this the home
of the Cincinnati Reds. The ballpark is located on the Ohio River,
contains over 42,000 seats, a restaurant, official team shop,
and an 850 car garage.
College
Hill Recreation Center
D.A.G. performed as General Contractor on this 26,000 S.F.; 5
million dollar center for the Cincinnati Recreation Commission.
The building features two full size basketball courts, 1/4 mile
walking track, administrative offices, weight and recreation rooms.
Fifth-Third
Banks
Fifth Third Bank and D.A.G. enjoy a long and valued relationship,
building several bank branches in the area. These include facilities
in Eastgate, Milford, Glendale, Western Hills, Wyoming, Evendale, Wapakoneta, and Highland
Heights, KY.; completing many of these branches within 90 days.
The
ACT Building
This
renovation project includes the total renovation of 4 floors
including new elevator, new offices, new conference room, cafeteria,
library, children's play room , new M.E.P, painting, and new roof.
Colerain
Township Fire Station
In less than nine months, D.A.G. completed this $300,000.00 fire
house. This facility included an eight man sleeping area, meeting
spaces, two double apparatus bays, kitchenette, and TV lounge
area.
Springfield
Township Administration & Fire Station
D.A.G. completed this project on a tight time schedule as well.
This facility has five double apparatus bays, private sleeping
quarters, a TV room, offices, conference rooms and kitchen areas.
Cincinnati
City Hall
Another important historical community project, the City Hall
project allowed D.A.G. an opportunity to provide critical renovation/restoration
services in a timely manner with minimal disruption to on-going
activities. Renovations included the Mayor's office and Lunch
room.
National
Underground Railroad Freedom Center
Selection for this project was an honor for D.A.G., given the
phenomenal historical and community impact this facility represents.

Wright
Patterson Air Force Building
D.A.G.
removed asbestos siding on exterior of building replacing it
with fiberglass panels as well as replacing the entire roof,
interior office remodeling, HVAC and electrical rehabilitation
on Building 65 at WPAFB.
Lucas Oil Stadium
Lucas Oil is the Home of the Indianapolis, Colts. The new facility with a retractable roof replaces the 22 year old RCA Dome to house the Superbowl Champions. Please click the photo for up to date project progress and photos.
