Dale S. White Sr., President and Chief Executive Officer
Dale came to the United States from India in 1977. In 1990 he founded D.A.G. Construction. As a household name in the industry, Dale has been deemed one of the most ethical men in the business by Senator Eric Kearney. His career has earned him many awards including the National Minority Male Entrepreneur of the Year in 2001.
Dale’s efforts also landed him the Rising Star award on the Deloitte Cincinnati 100 list and made him a well known figure not only with the minority community, but with the construction industry.

Jacqueline M. White, Vice President Administration
Jacqueline joined her husband Dale in the United States in 1979. She has worked for over 25 years in the administration and information technology field.
Jacqueline supported the start up of D.A.G. Construction while raising three children and attending night school at the University of Cincinnati to achieve her bachelor’s in computer sciences. Retired from Fifth Third Bank, Jacqueline works full time managing D.A.G.’s accounting department.

Gregory J. Webb, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Greg, a native to Cincinnati, Ohio, has over 27 years of experience in all phases of construction from estimating to construction management and contract negotiations. He joined Dale in 1991 and helped him grow the business into a top ten local minority owned firm as reported by the Business Courier in 2010.
Greg’s efforts have earned him the Dayton Home Builders Award in 1984 and several safety awards from Allied Construction Industries. He was a finalist in 2008 for the Threshold Awards sponsored by the Society for Marketing Professional Services.

Dave Zins, Vice President Operations
Dave has been a resident of Cincinnati for over 40 years. He has been in the construction industry for his entire career. His 27 years of experience include residential construction to high profile commercial projects like the Great American Ball Park, home of the Reds. Dave joined D.A.G. Construction in 1992 and quickly earned the nickname of the Hammer for his ability to nail down projects on time and within budget. Dave was awarded the Key Performer award by his peers from the Spirit of Construction Foundation in 2004 and he was named ACI Safety person of the Year in 2007. Dave is OSHA 30 hour trained, certified trainer for equipment operation, and a Lead Certified Renovator.
Dave began in the construction field as a surveyor for the City of Cincinnati. He then became the primary superintendent for Home Builders who constructed Homerama houses for four years. His duties included buy out of projects to the final completion.

Stephanie A. Hall, Vice President Public Sector
Stephanie has over 10 years experience in construction management. Though she is a Cincinnati native and University of Cincinnati graduate, much of Stephanie’s career existed in Florida.
During her tenure in Florida, Stephanie worked as project manager for one of the largest builders in the state. As the Past President for the Orlando chapter of National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), she earned her certification as a Construction Industry Technician (CIT). She is OSHA 10 hour trained with First Aid & CPR training. Stephanie is a certified SWPPP inspector.

Dale has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Working for majority construction firm while in college Dale earned the skills needed to drive D.A.G. Construction to the next level. OSHA 30 hour trained, Dale serves as the head of the safety committee.
Dale and his sisters, Stephanie and Lindsay, are the second generation management of D.A.G. Construction.

Lindsay A. Wilhelm, Vice President Marketing and Business Development
Lindsay has over six years of experience in the construction industry in marketing, business development, and community outreach. She sits on the board of directors for the Greater Cincinnati Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and the board of trustees for the Cincinnati Parks Foundation. She is actively involved in local chambers including the South Central Ohio Minority Supplier Development Council (SCOMSDC).
Lindsay is also a founding member of the Indian American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky (IACC). Lindsay was recognized by her peers, winning the 2009 Flying Pig Award. She has worked with the Supplier Diversity Group at Cincinnati Public Schools earning her the 2007 Good Faith Efforts and 2008 Reach and Teach Certificates.
